1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MySky, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. MySky is a client application for the AT Protocol network and does not store your content directly.

2. AT Protocol & Data Ownership

Your content is stored on your Personal Data Server (PDS), not on MySky's servers. You retain full ownership and control of your data. MySky merely provides an interface to view and interact with AT Protocol content.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use MySky to post illegal content, harass others, or violate the terms of service of your PDS provider. Custom CSS must not contain malicious code or attempt to deceive other users.

4. Custom CSS

MySky allows custom CSS for profile customization. CSS is sanitized and restricted via Content Security Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your custom styles do not negatively impact other users' experience.

5. No Warranty

MySky is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation (which is your PDS provider's responsibility), or compatibility with all AT Protocol implementations.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MySky after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
